These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern access to and use of the TapToSee URL routing and redirection service (the "Service"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
TapToSee provides automated resolution of short links to their configured destinations. The Service is infrastructure only; it does not host end-user content, does not require an account, and does not provide a consumer application.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to (a) violate any applicable law or regulation, (b) distribute malware or engage in phishing or fraud, (c) infringe the rights of others, or (d) probe, scan, enumerate, overload or otherwise interfere with the Service or its infrastructure. We may rate-limit, block or discontinue routing for any request or source at our discretion.
3. Third-party destinations
Links routed by the Service may resolve to websites or resources operated by third parties. TapToSee does not control and is not responsible for the content, policies or practices of any third-party destination, and the inclusion of any link does not imply endorsement.
4. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, TapToSee will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
6. Availability and changes
We may modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without notice. Any service-availability targets referenced elsewhere are informational and do not constitute a contractual service-level commitment.
7. Intellectual property
The Service, including its software, design and marks, is owned by TapToSee and protected by applicable laws. No rights are granted except the limited right to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at the place of the Service operator's establishment, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you may have under local law.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
